Roblox Account Manager is a Windows desktop tool for organizing multiple Roblox accounts and launching them from one interface. The Vaelixx project is actively maintained on GitHub and provides a modern interface for managing Roblox accounts.
It includes browser sign-in, account groups, multiple clients, a server browser, launch presets, schedules, and session security controls. It is a third-party application and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
Ready to download Roblox Account Manager and explore its most useful features.
Roblox Account Manager is a feature-rich Windows utility originally developed by ic3w0lf22. After the original project was archived in 2024, Vaelixx revived and modernized it with new features and ongoing support. It is built for users who want to switch between multiple accounts and manage Roblox sessions from one place without repetitive manual steps. It keeps saved accounts, launch options, server tools, activity information, and automation controls inside one interface, making repeated account switching and game launching easier to manage.
Beyond basic account switching, Roblox Account Manager gives users deeper control over how each account is organized, launched, and monitored. Features such as Multi Roblox, Server Browser, Smart Join, Server Hop, Squad Join, Presets, Schedules, Live Data, and FastFlags help streamline repeated tasks, while groups, aliases, session health checks, encrypted backups, and per-account launch or performance settings make larger account setups easier to manage.

Why Choose Roblox Account Manager?
Roblox Account Manager is designed to make handling multiple Roblox accounts simpler, faster, and more organized. Instead of repeatedly switching logins, opening clients one by one, searching for suitable servers, or rebuilding the same launch setup, you can control these tasks from a single interface.
Manage Multiple Accounts: Organize accounts with aliases, groups, notes, color tags, and pinned profiles while keeping useful information such as online status, Robux, playtime, and session health easy to access.
Run Multiple Roblox Clients: Multi Roblox support allows several accounts to run at the same time, with configurable launch delays and controls for tracking or unlocking active Roblox clients.
Find Better Servers: Browse public servers by player count and ping, or use Smart Join, Lowest Ping, Server Hop, and Squad Join when you want a faster way to find the right server.
Automate Repeated Launches: Create Presets for frequently used accounts and destinations, schedule launches or closes, and reuse performance profiles without configuring the same options every time.
Monitor and Protect Account Sessions: Check session health, sign in again when required, protect locally stored account data, automatically clear sensitive clipboard information, and create encrypted backups for recovery.
Customize Each Account Separately: Apply account-specific FastFlags, proxy settings, crash recovery, and launch options so individual accounts can use different configurations instead of sharing one setup.
Features
Easy Roblox Browser Sign-In
Add a Roblox account through the familiar Roblox login page instead of manually handling session data. Roblox Account Manager can open the sign-in flow in a supported browser while keeping Captcha, 2-step verification, and passkeys available. Once authentication is complete, the account appears inside the manager and can be used for launching, monitoring, and other account tools.
Live Account Dashboard
Get a quick overview of what is happening across your saved accounts without opening Roblox one account at a time. The dashboard can display Online, In Game, running Clients, Robux, playtime, recent sessions, and accounts that need attention, making it easier to notice active accounts or sessions that may require a new sign-in.
See What Your Friends Are Playing
The dedicated Friends page lets you select one of your saved accounts and view its Roblox friends with All, Online, and In Game filters. This makes it easier to find active friends and see what they are currently playing before deciding which account you want to use to join them.
One-Click Launch Presets
Save frequently used account combinations as reusable Presets instead of configuring every launch again. A preset can include multiple accounts, a Game, Server, Private Server, or Join Player destination, a performance profile, and configurable launch delays. When everything is ready, use Run Now to start the complete setup.
Scheduled Roblox Sessions
Use Schedules to launch or close an account or saved Preset at selected times and on chosen days of the week. You can also configure launched clients to close again after a specific number of minutes. Scheduled actions continue to work while Roblox Account Manager remains open, including when it is running from the system tray.
Anti-AFK & Automatic Recovery
Keep long-running Roblox sessions easier to manage with configurable Anti-AFK intervals, randomized timing, and selectable input keys. Recovery controls can also detect unexpected crashes or disconnects and attempt to relaunch affected clients, while optional restart settings help maintain sessions that need to remain active for longer periods.
Ultra-Low AFK Performance Mode
For accounts that only need to remain inside a game, the Ultra-low AFK profile can reduce unnecessary graphics workload. It can lower graphics quality, textures, anti-aliasing, grass, sky and lighting effects, apply a lower FPS cap, and use Client windows to keep Roblox clients small and arranged while they continue loading and stay connected.
Encrypted Backup & Restore
Create a password-protected backup of your saved Roblox accounts so your setup can be restored later or moved to another PC. The manager also provides session health checks and reauthentication controls, helping you recover account access and restore your saved configuration without rebuilding everything manually.
Customize the Manager Your Way
Choose between Dark, Light, and System appearance modes, built-in accent colors, or your own custom color. The account list can switch between Comfortable and Compact layouts, while searchable settings and quick navigation make it easier to find controls as your account setup grows.
Advanced FastFlags & Graphics Controls
Control supported Roblox settings before launch with FastFlags for graphics API, quality, anti-aliasing, textures, display scaling, grass, sky, lighting, and custom JSON. Global FastFlags can provide the base configuration, while individual accounts can apply additional account-specific flags on top when they launch.
Local API & Plugin Support
Advanced users can enable a token-protected Local Web API for scripts running on the same PC, including supported actions for reading account status or launching and closing clients. DLL-based plugins are also supported, giving developers another way to extend Roblox Account Manager beyond its built-in functionality.
Verified Updates & Built-In Diagnostics
Roblox Account Manager can check for new releases and verify update downloads using the expected file size and SHA-256 checksum. Its built-in Diagnostics tools can also test the Roblox installation, connection, launch-link handling, and data folder while providing logs and reports to help identify problems.
How To Use Roblox Account Manager
1. Download & Run
Download the portable RobloxAccountManager.exe file; no installation is required.
Open Automation > Schedules and select New schedule. Choose the Launch or Close action, the account or preset, the time, and the days. Keep the manager open for the schedule to run.
Open Settings > Security and find the Backup section. Use Create backup to make a password-protected backup, and use Restore to recover a saved backup.
Roblox Account Manager protects saved account data locally and gives users direct control over session security. The interface includes session-health checks, reauthentication controls, encrypted backup options, and privacy settings rather than relying on a single generic security toggle.
Local Protection: Saved sessions use Windows DPAPI, with an optional master password and automatic locking.
Session Health: Check whether a saved session is healthy and use Check Now or Sign In Again when needed.
Browser Sign-In: Roblox’s own login page can be used with Captcha, 2-step verification, and passkeys.
Privacy Controls: Sensitive clipboard data can be cleared automatically, usernames can be hidden during screen sharing, and backups can be password-protected.
Note: Account security still depends on protecting your Windows account, Roblox credentials, cookies, and backup passwords.
Portable by Design
Roblox Account Manager is delivered as a self-contained Windows executable with no installer or setup wizard required. RobloxAccountManager.exe can be launched directly from its own folder, while application settings and account data remain stored locally. The portable format also makes updating or moving the manager straightforward without reinstalling the application.
Single Executable · No Installation · Self-Contained · Local Data
Windows First-Launch Notice
Current releases are not code-signed, so Windows may identify the executable as an Unknown Publisher when it is opened for the first time. This is a publisher-verification notice for the unsigned build. Release integrity can be checked against the published version, file size, and SHA-256 checksum before launch.
Roblox Account Manager includes a dedicated Diagnostics panel for checking the environment it is running in. The built-in Health Check can test the Roblox installation, launch links, connection to Roblox, and application data folder, while diagnostic logs can be opened or copied into a report for troubleshooting.
The Diagnostics page can display current memory usage, process details, the data-folder location, the detected Roblox installation, and the current Roblox launch-link handler. These details help users understand the local environment when troubleshooting launch or connection problems.
Available diagnostic controls: Health Check · Diagnostics Log · Open Data Folder · Copy Report · Roblox Installation Detection
Smarter Client Recovery: Auto-rejoin now reads each client’s own Roblox log instead of relying on online presence, so hidden-status accounts, teleports and multi-client sessions are handled more reliably.
Scheduled Restarts: Schedules can restart a selected account or all running clients and relaunch them one at a time into the same game. Individual clients can also be restarted directly from Overview.
Stronger Anti-AFK: Clients are visited in a random order with varied focus, key-hold and pause timing. Multiple key presses per visit and loading assistance improve reliability for throttled background clients.
Improved Client Windows: The Ultra-Low AFK profile no longer auto-minimizes Roblox. Client Windows can instead shrink and arrange sessions side by side so they keep loading and remain connected.
Memory-Based Recovery: An optional safeguard can restart a client when its memory usage grows to a configured multiple of its earlier size during long unattended sessions.
Safer Launching and Account Matching: v2.3.0 fixes duplicate-client launches, single-instance lock handoffs, wrong-account captcha attribution, stuck Roblox processes and several schedule, FastFlags and account-targeting edge cases.
Can Roblox Account Manager run multiple accounts?+
Yes. The Allow multiple clients option enables more than one Roblox client at a time, and the manager can also track or unlock clients started elsewhere.
Can it find low-ping Roblox servers?+
The Server Browser can sort listed public servers by Lowest Ping, and the launch controls also include a dedicated lowest-ping option. Actual latency after joining still depends on your own connection, location, Roblox, and the experience.
Is browser sign-in the only way to add an account?+
No. The Add Account dialog also includes Password and Cookie tabs. Browser sign-in is the recommended starting point because it uses Roblox’s own login flow and supports its normal authentication prompts.
Does Roblox Account Manager improve FPS?+
It provides FPS, graphics, FastFlags, and performance-profile controls, but actual performance varies by hardware, Roblox, and the experience being played. It should not be presented as a guaranteed FPS booster.
Do Schedules work when the manager is closed?+
No. Scheduled actions work while Roblox Account Manager remains open, including while it is running in the system tray.
Is Roblox Account Manager safe?+
The project publishes its source code and documents local encrypted storage for account data. No third-party tool can be guaranteed risk-free, so download the executable from the official release link and verify its SHA-256 checksum before running it.
Is Roblox Account Manager free?+
Yes. Roblox Account Manager v2.3.0 is distributed as a public GitHub release and can be downloaded without a purchase or installer fee.
Does it work on Android, macOS, or Linux?+
The release covered here is a Windows executable and does not run natively on Android, macOS, or Linux.
Is Roblox Account Manager an official Roblox application?+
No. It is a third-party project maintained by Vaelixx and is not published by Roblox Corporation.
